The digital Divide

The Digital divide is the discrepancy of individuals, households, countries, or geographic areas, that does or does not have access to information and communication technologies. Digital Divide in the United States is avoidable, so let's focus more into global digital divide because one can overcome the digital divide in the united states by having access to libraries, schools, and or Starbucks(offer free wifi). Primarily, Global Digital divide reports global disparities between developed and developing countries causing some countries to fall behind in technology, education, labor, and democracy. Can you imagine a world without computers, phones, laptops, phones, and networks? Neither can I.

  1. I definitely agree with the last sentence. I can't imagine a world without technology, but I'm interested in finding out on how people before technology lived their lives. Of course it had to be harder. I remember my grandmother would tell me she had to go to the library to find information as we can just to go to google.com to find something.
